Free is ideal for testing or smaller events. Starter suits small teams with several events on sale at the same time. Space is the recommended starting point for regular events, cost analysis and a custom shop domain. Orbit is for agencies, large teams and high online volume. Universities, chambers and education providers should contact us for Orbance Institutional.
Orbance Billing is an optional add-on for offers and invoices including e-invoice (ZUGFeRD), automation and document settings. It costs €39.00 net per month or €399.00 net per year and is not included in the platform plan. Certificates are a separate module and are not part of Billing.
Yes. Each platform plan includes storage for the media library, form uploads, and stored ticket, invoice, offer and certificate PDFs: Free 1 GB, Starter 5 GB, Space 20 GB, Orbit and Institutional unlimited. You can view usage under Settings → Storage in the app.
Orbance Institutional is for universities, chambers and education providers. Instead of a revenue-based platform fee, you get a budgetable annual license on request – including certificates and continuing-education credits, DPA & GDPR documentation, SLA, onboarding, custom form logic and invoicing under public procurement rules.
Certificates are a separate module (Orbance Certificates), independent of Billing. Unlocking is on request – primarily in an Institutional context for education providers.
For successful online payments in the ticket shop (Orbance Payments or PayPal), Orbance charges a platform fee as a percentage of the ticket subtotal: 3.0% (Free), 2.5% (Starter), 1.5% (Space), 1.0% (Orbit) – capped at €15 per ticket. It is withheld automatically on payout. Free events (€0 tickets only) have no platform fee. Institutional uses an annual license instead of a revenue-based percentage model.
You can choose monthly or annual billing when subscribing or later. Institutional is configured as an annual license on request.
All listed subscription prices are net prices plus 19% VAT. At checkout and in your subscription overview you see the gross amount incl. VAT.
A published event on sale counts toward your limit – regardless of whether tickets are free or paid. The limit applies per provider and to events active at the same time, not per year. Free events (€0 tickets only) have no platform fee.
Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations at period end. Switching to Free is available via Downgrade to Free – paid add-ons are cancelled along with it.
Yes. Offers and invoices for your attendees require the optional Orbance Billing module. Without this add-on, those document features are locked. Certificates require the separate Orbance Certificates module (on request).
