What Orbance is, who it is for and how to get started.
Orbance is a SaaS platform for event teams: plan events, run ticket shops, manage bookings and collaborate – all within one organization.
Organizers, agencies, clubs and companies – from small free events to regular ticketed events with a growing team.
Sign up for free, create an organization, set up your first event and optionally publish a ticket shop. The Free plan is enough to try Orbance.
Your central workspace: team, events, settings and subscription belong to one organization. You can belong to several and choose the right one after login.
Yes. With the Free plan you can use Orbance at no cost indefinitely – ideal for trying the platform or running smaller event series with up to 5 active events at a time. For more events, team accounts and advanced features, choose Starter, Space or Orbit.
A provider is a brand or tenant under your organization – each with its own ticket shop, design and visible events. The first standard provider is included in the platform plan; additional providers are available as an optional add-on.
Events & ticket shop
Create events, set prices and publish ticket shops.
The ticket shop is your provider's public booking page. Visitors select events, ticket types and quantities, complete the registration form and pay online when required. Share the shop via an Orbance URL or integrate it in WordPress with the plugin – optionally with a custom domain.
An event bundles dates, prices and capacity in Orbance. The ticket shop is the public surface for that – one or more events appear there for your visitors to book.
Yes. You can offer free (€0) and paid tickets in the same event. Published events on sale count toward your limit – free and paid together, per provider at the same time, not per year. Free events have no platform fee on online payments.
Yes. You define price tiers with time windows – for example early bird, regular and last-minute prices that switch automatically on the start date.
Yes. With the Orbance WordPress plugin you can show events and booking directly in WordPress. You can also optionally use a custom domain for your shop.
Bookings & attendees
Registrations, forms, emails and attendance.
In the dashboard you see all bookings, can view attendee data, change status and communicate manually when needed.
Yes. With form templates you collect additional attendee data – from contact details to custom fields per event.
Yes. After a successful booking the attendee receives a confirmation. From Starter onwards you can customize email templates in the HTML editor.
Orbance supports attendance tracking. You create participation certificates with the optional Orbance Billing module.

A published event on sale counts toward your limit – regardless of whether tickets are free or paid. The limit applies per provider and to events active at the same time, not per year.
For online payments in the ticket shop Orbance charges a percentage of the ticket subtotal: 3.0% (Free), 2.5% (Starter), 1.5% (Space), 1.0% (Orbit) – max. €15 per ticket. It is withheld automatically on payout. Free events (€0 tickets only) have no platform fee.
Yes. Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations at period end. Manage everything under Settings → Subscription in the app.
Payments & payouts
Payment providers, payouts and fees.
For online payments in the ticket shop, Orbance supports Orbance Payments (Stripe Connect) and PayPal Commerce. Through Orbance Payments you can offer card, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, SEPA direct debit, EPS, iDEAL, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your configuration. PayPal Commerce provides PayPal as a dedicated checkout integration. You can also enable offline invoice, prepayment or manual payment with your own instructions.
Payout timing follows your payment provider's schedule. The Orbance platform fee is deducted automatically on payout.
In addition to the Orbance platform fee, Stripe or PayPal may charge transaction fees depending on provider and payment method.
Payments run through certified payment providers. Orbance does not store full card details on the platform.
Team & organization
Members, roles and multiple brands under one organization.
Under Organization → Members you manage invitations and roles. The number of team accounts depends on your platform plan.
Yes. After login you choose the organization and land in the matching dashboard – ideal for agencies with multiple clients.
Yes. You control who can edit events, manage shops, view bookings or change organization settings.
Orbance Billing
Optional add-on for offers, invoices and certificates.
An optional add-on for offers, invoices and certificates – manually or automatically from events and bookings, including e-invoice (ZUGFeRD). It is not included in the platform plan.
Yes. Offers, invoices and certificates for your attendees require Orbance Billing. Without this module, document features are locked.
Yes. With Orbance Billing you can generate invoices automatically from bookings and events and use templates for recurring workflows.
